During holiday seasons, expect delays. I recommend ordering at least 2 weeks before important events.
You can return items within 30 days of delivery as long as they're in original condition. The process is quite simple.
They provide free return shipping labels which is great. Just print it out and drop off at any courier branch.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after they receive the returned item. I've never had any issues.
For defective items, they offer an immediate replacement without requiring you to return the original one.
