How do I create an account?
Simply click on the "Sign Up" button at the top right corner and fill in your details. The process takes less than 2 minutes!
I found the account creation very straightforward. Just make sure to have a valid email ready for verification.
Don't forget to use a strong password. The system will guide you through the steps.
You can also sign up using your Google or Facebook account for a faster registration.
What payment methods do you accept?
They accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. I've been using my BPI account without issues.
GCash and PayMaya are also accepted, which is very convenient for us Filipinos!
Coinbase and other cryptocurrency payments are now supported as well. Great for crypto enthusiasts!
Over-the-counter payments at 7-Eleven and ML Kwarta Padala are also available.
How long does delivery take?
For Metro Manila, delivery usually takes 1-2 business days. Provincial areas take 3-5 days.
They also offer same-day delivery in Metro Manila for an additional fee. Very useful when I need something urgently!
International shipping takes about 7-14 business days depending on the country. They provide tracking information.
During holiday seasons, expect delays. I recommend ordering at least 2 weeks before important events.
What is your return policy?
You can return items within 30 days of delivery as long as they're in original condition. The process is quite simple.
They provide free return shipping labels which is great. Just print it out and drop off at any courier branch.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after they receive the returned item. I've never had any issues.
For defective items, they offer an immediate replacement without requiring you to return the original one.
